We all have our favourite cafe but what makes a good cafe great is the fine brew they pour. I’ve taken a look inside some of my favourite Coffee Roasters on the Sunshine Coast that supply my favourite cafe’s and restaurants both here and interstate.

Each of the roasters I visited produce a delicious coffee, they all source from ethical and sustainable farms, they all have their own formula when it comes to roasters but they are all different.

As a previous cafe owner myself, my first choice was to always support ethical suppliers, obviously there’s a few more items they needed to tick, but I found it came down to personality and branding that helped me choose my preferred coffee roaster.

Now days when I visit a cafe, I still look at which brand of coffee they use because the general rule is if the coffee roaster takes pride in what they are roasting then it will always be a good cup of coffee
