Ocean as Muse

The works presented here form part of an ongoing photographic exploration. Each edition is produced with care and intention, shaped by both process and environment. Materials, scale, and presentation are considered as extensions of the work itself, offering quiet reflections on presence, memory, and the ocean as collaborator.

Film Works — Exhibition Series (in progress)

The film-based works within Ocean as Muse are being developed as a cohesive exhibition series. These works are not yet publicly available and will be presented in their completed form through exhibition contexts. This phase of the project brings together process, materiality, and time as central elements of the work..

Studies in Attention

These works emerge from sustained observation, moments of slowing down, noticing light, movement, and rhythm within oceanic environments. Created through digital processes, they form an open field of exploration where attention itself becomes the subject. These images are offered as part of the evolving language of Ocean as Muse.

Ocean as Muse - Digital Studies

Each work is printed at exhibition scale on museum-grade Hahnemühle cotton rag using archival pigment inks and is unframed.
All prints are part of a tightly controlled edition and are signed and dated by the artist.

Handwritten annotations are included within the white border, recording the date, GPS location, wind direction and speed, tide, and water surface temperature at the time of capture. These markings form part of the work and document the conditions under which sustained observation took place.

Larger exhibition prints may be produced separately
