Fudgy Chocolate brownie

when it comes to brownies, this is the gooeyest, fudgyest brownie you’ll ever eat. beware, chocolate of coma after eating.

ingredients:

150 g unsulted butter - chopped

250 g dark choc - chopped

3 eggs

250 g caster sugar

175 g walnuts

60 g plain flour

80 g dark choc chips

cocoa powder to dust

method:

preheat oven to 180 degrees c. grease a 20cm square pan and line with baking paper.

place butter and choc in heatproof bowl over pot of boiling water, stir until melted then remove from heat and let cool

place eggs and sugar in bowl and whisk with a stand mixer or electric beaters until light and fluffy. Stir in the cooled choc, add walnuts and choc chips, sift in the flour and stir to combine.

Pour in to prepared pan and place in oven for 25 minutes (until a crust forms on the top) remove from oven and cool in pan until set (about 2 hours)

when cooled remove from pan and dust with cocoa powder. eat with your favourite coffee whilst enjoying a good book.
